Refund policy

At Gyaraaha Jewels, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by Indian artisans. Minor variations may occur and are a natural part of the design, adding to the uniqueness of every product.

We currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist you with Exchanges, or Store Credit for eligible requests, which can ONLY be redeemed on Gyaraaha Jewels' Website. Exchanges or Store credit will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 4 days of you receiving your package.

We accept exchange or store credit requests only if you have received a wrong product, or the product is damaged upon arrival, or there is a genuine quality issue.

To help us process your request smoothly, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. While not mandatory, this helps us resolve issues faster in case of damage or missing items. The video should clearly show the original package being opened from the outer shipping box, with all packaging seals intact and untampered. Please note that we do not offer any discounts on exchange orders. All exchange items will be processed at their original prices, in accordance with our policy. The exchange process may take up to 15-20 days, as the product will first be received, undergo a quality check, and then be re-shipped. Gyaraaha holds the right to accept or reject any exchange request subject to verification by our quality check team.

The product must be unused and untampered with seal intact to be eligible for exchange. Used products sent for exchange will be returned, and the exchange will not be processed. In case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited; shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a credit note issued on the website is redeemable only on the website.

Store Credit will be valid for up-to 120 days after you receive it. An exchange cannot take place more than once against the same Credit Note. We cannot offer exchanges for Products purchased during sale or promotional periods (except in case of damage or incorrect item).

We do not provide exchanges or returns for damages caused by wear and tear. In case your product incurs any damages, such as breakage or scratches, after 4 days of you receiving it, we will not be able to change it. 

You can submit your request via email, whatsapp or by DMing us on Instagram. Please ship your products back to our warehouse at your own cost if you wish to initiate an exchange for a product. Once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and qualifies our QC we shall dispatch your replacement order or provide you with Store Credit.
